Delivery
All orders will be shipped using Regular Postal Service. Shipping rates will be calculated upon checkout. Please allow 2-3 days (Indonesia) or 10-14 days (International) for your order to arrive.
Payment
All prices stated are in US Dollar (USD) for International, Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) for Indonesia. We accept Credit Cards, Paypal and Bank Transfer. You will be redirected to your Paypal account to finalise your order when checking out.
Returns and, exchanges
Returns and, exchanges will be made only if you received incorrect or damaged goods.
- The customer will have a maximum of 3 (three) days from the arrival of the item(s) to send it back to us
- All shipping charges that may apply during the return/exchange of product to us will not be compensated by us
- Exchange is valid only 1 time
- Exchange is valid only for size, not applicable for other colors and products
We reserve the right to refuse if you do not meet the terms and conditions. Please return the goods completely with the original packaging. Send an e-mail to info@heads.tv for return instructions.
